Our family has been in the rug & drapery cleaning business for over 100 years. My great grandfather started with a horse and wagon at 6th & G St. NW in 1917 — the current location of the Capital One Arena. We offer quality service and put the customer first. Fast forward to today, where we have a 20,000 sq ft modern cleaning plant. Our success comes from the 3 “P’s”:

A Family Tradition of Rug Care
Residential Rug Care was born from a family tradition that spans more than a century. What began as a small operation serving local families has grown into the DMV's most trusted name in area rug cleaning and restoration.
Today, we operate from a dedicated 20,000 square foot facility in Crofton, Maryland — purpose-built for the care and restoration of fine area rugs and drapery. Our team brings over 40 years of combined experience to every rug we touch.
We are not a carpet cleaning company that does rugs on the side. Rug care is all we do, and we have been doing it longer than anyone in the region.
